The queen room was super clean and spacious, had a nice decor. I loved that there was coffee and water available all day. The breakfast had more options than just muffins, which was awesome. Only downside was that the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, but overall, it was a comfy stay.

I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere of the lobby and found it easy to walk to a variety of restaurants like Flapjack's Pancake Cabin and attractions like Smoky Mountain Knife Works, which made exploring effortless during my weekend stay.

The King Suite was dark and smaller than anticipated, making it difficult to accommodate our luggage comfortably. The shower showed significant rust stains, and despite the sheets appearing used, staff suggested they were just worn out. However, the friendly check-in staff and the consistently available coffee throughout the day were appreciated.

The front desk experience could use some TLC. I felt like I was dealing with a side character in a sitcom. While my room was clean, the floors weren't up to snuff, and I was left hanging when I asked for management.
